1. Acceptance of Terms

These Website Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.sfo.global (the “Website”), which is owned and operated by Sushko Family Office LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a private limited company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus. By accessing or using the Website you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein and/or presented on the Website. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Website.

2. Definitions

  • “Content” – all text, graphics, photographs, trade marks, logos, audio, video, data and code made available on the Website
  • “Services” – any information, tools, features or functionalities provided through the Website
  • “User” or “you” – any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Website, whether registered (if any) or not.

3. Eligibility

The Website is intended exclusively for persons who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing the Website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law applicable to you. The Website is not directed at minor (persons under 18 years of age) and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

“Sushko Family Office”, “SFO”, the SFO logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trade marks or service marks of the Company (registered or unregistered). You may not use such marks without the Company’s prior written consent. All other names, logos, and marks appearing on the Website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Prohibited Uses

  • copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, mirror, or distribute any part of the Website or Content in any form or by any means;
  • commercially exploit, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise use the Website or Content for any public or commercial purpose;
  • create derivative works based on the Website or Content, including without limitation any adaptation, modification, compilation, or aggregation;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of any software provided on or through the Website;
  • use data‑mining, scraping, robots, or similar data‑gathering or extraction methods;

Open‑Source Components

Where the Website incorporates any third‑party open‑source software, such components are licensed to you under the respective open‑source licences, copies of which are available upon request. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under an applicable open‑source licence.

User‑Generated Content

If you upload, submit, or otherwise provide any content to the Company via the Website (“UGC”):

  • you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant, and hereby do grant, the Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free, transferable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such UGC for the purposes for which it was provided; and
  • you waive, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any moral rights you may have in such UGC.

Notice & Takedown Procedure

The Company respects the intellectual‑property rights of others. If you believe that any Content infringes your copyright or trade‑mark, please notify us in writing at info@sfo.global and include: (i) identification of the work or mark claimed to be infringed, (ii) identification of the infringing material and its location, (iii) your contact details, (iv) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights‑holder or authorised to act, and (v) your signature (physical or electronic). Upon receipt of a compliant notice, the Company will expeditiously investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, without prejudice to any party’s rights or defences.

Reservation of Rights and Injunctive Relief

Any unauthorised use of the Website or Content may violate copyright, trade‑mark, and other laws. The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms and may seek immediate injunctive relief, specific performance, or any other equitable remedy to protect its intellectual‑property rights, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.

6. No Offer or Advice

The Content is provided for general information purposes only. Nothing on the Website constitutes or is intended to constitute: (i) an offer, solicitation or invitation to invest in, purchase or subscribe for any financial instrument or service; (ii) legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice; or (iii) a recommendation regarding any financial product or service. 7. Job Vacancies & User Submissions

Job vacancies which maybe from time to time posted on the Website are for information only and may be amended or withdrawn at any time. Submitting an application does not create any obligation on the Company to engage you. Any résumé, query or other material you submit via the Website (“User Submission”) will be treated as non‑confidential and non‑proprietary. You grant the Company a worldwide, royalty‑free, irrevocable licence to use, store, copy and distribute such User Submission for the purpose for which it was provided.

The Website may contain links to third‑party websites or resources. Such links are provided solely for your convenience. We have no control over the contents of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

14. Termination

The courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed deleted and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
  • These Terms (together with any other documents referred to herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements.
  • No failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right.
